How to reach us

  • Call or text: (727) 353-6206. If Alex can't pick up, leave a message or send a text and he'll get back to you.

If you're out of state or overseas, a text is often easiest. Tell us your time zone and we'll call when it suits you.

What to have handy

You don't need all of this to call. Whatever you know helps:

  • The property address
  • Who passed away, and roughly when
  • Whether there's a will, and where the original is
  • Who the other heirs or family members are
  • Anything you know about a mortgage, reverse mortgage, or unpaid taxes

What happens after you reach out

Alex will listen first. He'll ask about the house and the family, look up the public records on the property, and tell you honestly whether the estate is likely to qualify for Florida's simplified probate or will take longer. If it makes sense, we'll set up one walkthrough and send a written offer. You decide whether, and when, to go further. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. You can read the full process on our how it works page, and if we contacted you first, our page for heirs answers the usual questions.

Questions families ask

Is there a cost to call?
No. Talking with us, the walkthrough, and the written offer are free, and you're under no obligation.
Can I just ask a question without selling?
Yes. Plenty of people call just to understand their options. We're glad to help.
Do you buy condos or mobile homes?
No. We buy single-family homes, small multifamily, commercial, and vacant lots in Pinellas County.
